Q: What is the typical lead time for castings after receipt of a purchase order?

A: For sampling 3 to 4 weeks, for production 3 to 4 weeks.

Q: What type of pattern equipment is required?

A: Dependent upon customer quality and quantity requirements. For example:

• single loose pattern for a quantity of 15 or less
• multiple impression wood pattern for repetitive runs of 100 to 1000 pieces.
• multiple impression aluminum pattern/matchplate for high production runs and increased durability of the pattern

Q: What is the typical lead time if a pattern must be created?

A: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks depending on pattern complexity.

A: 1% - 10 days, Net 30 days

Q: What type of castings is Concordia capable of providing?

A: Aluminum, bronze and cast iron sand castings, shell core. Permanent mold castings are also available.
